A great achievement for Liverpool after winning the Club World Cup title

Liverpool made a unique achievement, yesterday, Saturday, after winning the Club World Cup title by defeating the Brazilian Flamengo 1-0 in the final match, with the tournament hosted by Qatar recently.

Liverpool is the only English club to have achieved the foreign triple (UEFA Champions League, Club World Cup, European Super) in one year.
No English team ever crowned the Club World Cup except Manchester United in 2008, after winning the Champions League title, but the Red Devils lost the European Super to Zenit St. Petersburg (1-2).

The Brazilian Roberto Firmino is the first Liverpool player to score a goal in the Club World Cup final.
The Reds had made it to the World Cup final in 2005, but had lost the title to Sao Paulo 1-0.
