Real Madrid fell in a 1-1 draw against host Villarreal in their match today, Saturday, in the tenth round of the Spanish Football League.
The royal club opened the scoring early in the second minute, through its star Mariano Diaz, while Gerrard Moreno scored the equalizer for the landlords in the 76th minute with a penalty kick.
With this draw, Villarreal raised its score to 19 points in the runner-up position, and Real Madrid raised its tally to 17 points in fourth place on the LaLiga team ranking table.
