Manchester United’s Paul Pogba commented today, Thursday, on the news linking him to a move to Real Madrid.
Pogba said, in statements highlighted by the Spanish newspaper, Marca: “Having contacts with Zidane? There has been a lot of news about this … What can I say? Certainly all the players love to play for Real Madrid.”
He added: “If this comes true, it will be a dream .. Why should I not achieve it one day? But as I said before, I am at Manchester United and I love my team, and I will do everything now to enjoy my performance here and return the favor to the club.”
He continued: “Renewal with United? They have talked a lot about this matter, but there are no new developments .. I prefer to focus on my performance and my return to my level, above all .. I did not talk to Ed Woodward about renewal.”
The rooster star concluded: “I imagine that there will come a time when the club will talk to me, and perhaps make an offer to me, or it may not happen .. At the moment there is nothing, and I cannot talk about something I do not know.”
